Imagine that you are taking a walk by one of the streets in Bilbao and from inside a shop window a girl calls you, approaches and offers a rose to you. Imagine that you are beside her on a sunny green prairie. Imagine that the  girl blows the flower and its perfume envelops you… In fact the girl was inside a plasma screen and she took part in an installation made for the promotional office for the European Unique Currency in Bilbao. Basque Government needed a showcase to work  as an appeal of information services  on the Euro arrival in 2002, so we decided to install some sensors connected to a computer and, by means of programming, to launch a film when passers-by were detected. At the end of the sequence the girl blew the flower  and essence of roses was atomized down from the shop window.
