Again collaborating with Abr architecture Study and Lur Paisagistak we projected a park to join the leisure and relax and the use of technology to give an answer to current demands made by the citizens. Near Donosti- San Sebastian City, between Intxaurrondo and the Urumea it will shelter places destined to relaxation and calmness among grasslandses and forest, being equipped with multipurpose areas to practice outdoor activities, a natural amphitheatre, as well as areas in which biological process of nature will be simulated by means of technology. The great protagonist of the work made by Waskman is the so called Garden of the Wind, made up of great vertical structures in the shape of a dandelion,
over-dimensioned and organized like a vast forest made up  of lamp posts; they will generate a permanent spectacle emitting light and bubbles. Technology and design standing up for citizens well-being.
